This prize draw is open to Australian and New Zealand residents only with the exception of employees of the Promoter, their families, agents and anyone else connected with this promotion. Entries from those age 13 or under must be accompanied by written permission from a parent/guardian or with their written consent.
Entries must be received by midday on Wednesday 16th December 2009 (Australian Eastern Daylight Time (AEDT) applies). The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any entries that are incomplete, illegible, corrupted or fail to reach the Promoter by the relevant closing date for any reason. Proof of sending is not proof of receipt. Entries via agents or third parties are invalid. Entries become the property of the Promoter and are not returned.
Only one entry per person. No entrant may win more than one prize.
To enter you must play the interactive ‘A Winter's Tale’ online game within www.peterrabbit.co.uk and successfully click on more than 10 falling snowflakes before they reach the ground and melt within 30 seconds. Then fill in your details via the online entry form that will appear when the 30 seconds is up.
1 winner and 10 runners up will be selected at random from all correctly completed entries received on Thursday 17th December 2009.
The winner will receive a complete box set of The World of Peter Rabbit (RRP $290), and each runner up will receive a copy of Peter Rabbit: A Winter's Tale book. The prizes are not transferrable and not redeemable for cash or any other goods or services, unless otherwise stipulated. Prizes will only be delivered in Australia or New Zealand and each winner should allow 28 days from the date the prize was drawn for delivery of their prize.
Prizes are subject to availability. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Promoter reserves the right (a) to substitute alternative prizes of equivalent or greater value and (b) in exceptional circumstances to amend or foreclose the promotion without notice. No correspondence will be entered into.
The winner and runners up will be notified via email or phone by Friday 18th December 2009. The winner and runners up must claim their prize within 14 working days of the Promoter sending notification. If the prize is unclaimed after this time, it will lapse and the Promoter reserves the right to offer the unclaimed prize to a substitute winner selected in accordance with these rules.

The Promoter will use any data submitted by entrants only for the purposes of running the prize draw, unless otherwise stated in the entry details. By entering this prize draw, all entrants consent to the transfer of their personal data to the Promoter for the purposes of the administration of this prize draw and any other purposes to which the entrant has consented.
The winner and runners up agree to take part in reasonable post event publicity and to the use of their names and photographs in such publicity.
By entering the prize draw each entrant agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions.
If for any reason the prize draw is not capable of running as planned, whether caused by infection by computer virus, line drop out, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any cause beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness or integrity of the prize draw, the Promoter reserves the right in its discretion (subject always to any direction given by a relevant gaming or lotteries authority) to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the prize draw. The Promoter may in its discretion disqualify any individual who tampers or interferes with the entry process.
Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including without limitation negligence), for any loss or damage; whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the Promotion.
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia. For New Zealand entrants, these rules are governed by the laws of New Zealand.
