Rules for skill-based competitions

  1. No purchase is necessary to enter this competition.
  2. This competition is open to all residents of the UK and Eire except employees of Penguin Books Limited and their families or anyone else connected with this competition.
  3. The prize/s are as advertised in the competition. No cash alternative will be offered.
  4. The prize/s will be awarded to the competitor who answers all questions correctly and who in the opinion of the judges has completed the tie breaker in the most apt and original way. The panel of judges will include at least one member who is independent of the promoters. The judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  5. All entries must be received by the closing date advertised in the competition.
  6. The winner will be notified by email within 10 days of the closing date.
  7. Details of the winner will be available on the peterrabbit.com [flowerfairies.com] website.
  8. No responsibility will be accepted for damaged incomplete or ineligible entries (which may be disqualified) or entries which fail to arrive by the closing date. Entries will not be returned.
  9. You may enter as many times as you like, provided you complete all the relevant fields in the questionnaire.
  10. The winner agrees to the use of his or her name and photograph for publicity purposes which Frederick Warne may wish to undertake from time to time.
  11. It is a condition of entry that all entrants agree to be bound by these rules.
